SWAAC Membership Application (January–December)

  • Membership fee: $100 (covers January–December each year).
  • No acronyms accepted. Please spell out all organization names in full.
  • How payment works: After you submit this form, you’ll automatically receive a QuickBooks invoice by email. Use the secure payment link in that invoice to pay online and complete your membership.
  • Payment options:
    • Credit card (via your QuickBooks invoice), or
    • Cheque payable to S.W.A.A.C. and mailed to:

      (Institutional, personal, or certified cheques accepted.)
